The Life and Times of the Wagoners

Have you ever had plans that started GREAT and then went downhill? Well, Friday night Ty had his friend Maika over to spend the night and we were going to go play Laser Tag in Sherman. Well, our neighbor and friend Aspen came over with her dad and siblings, we invited Aspen to go with us. Aspen and the boys are friends from school... We start on our night out; we stop to eat at Chuck's BBQ but it takes us an hour to get our food(this is the beginning of our downhill slide) so when we get through eating; Brandon and I start discussing the time(7:20) and Brandon has to go to work Saturday morning. So we have tell the kiddos that its now too late to go to Sherman to play lazer tag, but we can go bowling! Well the kids decide that it would be fun to going bowling, off to the bowling alley we go. Get to the bowling alley and there is at least a 30-40 minute wait to bowl (now we are really on the downhill slide). By this time it is 7:30 so we are right by the theater and Alvin and the Chipmunks started at 7pm, everyone except Brandon has watched the movie and loved it so we decide yes we are late but thats ok, we go to see Alvin.... I think we still had fun. I did have to promise the kids that I would take them one Saturday afternoon (early) to Sherman to play lazer tag.
